CYPRESS, CALIFORNIA – Team Toyo™ Off-Road Sportsman Class drivers dominated
the 2006 Forest Potawatomi Brush Run this past weekend in Crandon,
Wisconsin. They were strong throughout the weekend in both the Sportsman 2 and Stock
Truck categories during rounds 3 and 4 of the CORR Lucas Oil Racing Series.

The standout driver for the weekend was reigning Sportsman 2 Class Champion,
Ben Wandahsega driving his Toyo Tires® equipped Chevy Silverado. Wandahsega
scored a Second Place finish on Saturday then returned Sunday with a
sensational drive to score a First Place victory during Round 4 of competition.
Wandahsega’s Open Country M/T™ tires worked flawlessly on the 600+ horsepower
Chevy truck. The victory is especially sweet for Wandahsega, as Crandon is
his home track and his truck carries the Forest County Potawatomi colors.

Also in Sportsman 2, Team Toyo’s Ross Hoek continues to be a championship
contender in the class. Piloting his Skyjacker/Toyo Tires® Ford F-150, Hoek
scored a Third Place finish during Saturday’s competition. During the final on
Sunday, he backed that up with a Fourth Place finish, remaining high in the
Sportsman 2 championship points after a great weekend during the Sportsman
season opener in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Stock Truck Class Champion and Team Toyoâ„¢ Off-Road driver, Dave Waldvogel
remains in strong contention for the championship by scoring a Fourth Place
finish on Saturday, followed by a Third Place during Sunday’s Round 4.
Waldvogel had an exciting First Place at the season opener in Antigo. This past
weekend’s performance keeps him only three points out of the overall championship
lead for 2006.

According to Stan Chen, Manager of Events and Motorsports, Toyo Tire
(U.S.A.) Corporation, “We are excited to see our Sportsman Class drivers fighting
for the championship once again in 2006. Ross Hoek’s early charge in the
Sportsman 2 category will make this season even more exciting.??
