(Chicago). In 2001, AFI awarded Plexus Systems a contract for a Plexus Online Quote Tracking System, Part Configurator, and Cost Estimator. Last month, AFI purchased the full Plexus Online suite that will allow AFI to move to one integrated system.

The AFI implementation began last month and should be implemented by year end. AFI elected to move all their systems to Plexus Online, eliminating disparate information sources with a single and fully integrated manufacturing information system. With Plexus Online, AFI will have integrated, accurate information that is accessible from any location, any time, anywhere.
