"Our philosophy has always been to put the customer first and create an experience that will keep them coming back for years to come. In fact, we are known as the home of the hassle-free experience," said Kevin Reeve, General Manager, Carter Subaru. "We figured out a long time ago that customer convenience cannot be overlooked in the car buying and ownership experience. We believe this concept has contributed to our 30 years of success with Subaru."
The dealership will be honored at a special ceremony on Tuesday, June 27, at a popular downtown Seattle restaurant. Executives from Subaru of America, Inc. will be on hand to present the service award to the Carter family and the dealership executives and employees.
"Subaru of America is extremely proud of Carter Subaru and I am pleased to recognize their 30 years of service," said Jim Pernas, regional vice president, Subaru Northwest Region, Subaru of America, Inc. "Carter has been a benchmark in customer service throughout its long history with the brand and was for example ahead of the curve by developing their own service loaner car program for customers even before Subaru of America established its existing national program."
