MANHEIM ROLLS OUT TRA LOGISTICS

New Department Offers Customers Single Call Solution

ATLANTA - Manheim's Total Resource Auctions (TRA) today
announced the formation of TRA Logistics, a new department that will
provide insurance companies and commercial consignors a one-call
solution for their nationwide remarketing needs.

TRA Logistics was developed to provide a single-point-of-contact
remarketing product. It provides a unique national selling network of
both salvage and whole-car marketplaces, giving consignors the
opportunity to maximize returns by utilizing the markets and technology
that best fit the product. TRA Logistics also provides TRA auctions the
tools and infrastructure to provide remarketing services to regional
consignors with inventory located outside their territory.

"TRA Logistics is the solution for all sellers with a need
to remarket a product that requires a specialized buying audience," said
Michael Lasini, vice president of sales for TRA. "This service is
tailored to meet the needs of insurance carriers and commercial
organizations that frequently remarket vehicles that have been subject
to collision, theft, vandalism and catastrophic loss. The longer it
takes to recover, recondition and remarket those vehicles, the higher
the depreciation loss. TRA Logistics speeds up this process to save our
customers money and time and leverage higher returns."

Inventory can be assigned by Web, e-mail, fax or phone. TRA Logistics
will then manage the process to get the vehicle released from storage,
transported to a TRA location and secured at auction all within 24 hours
in most cases. "Utilizing TRA Logistics allows consigners to avoid
additional storage expenses and reduces cycle time," said Bill
Tiedemann, vice president and general manager of TRA. Customers will
also have 24/7 Internet access to their inventory on www.autoims.com
<http://www.autoims.com/> . For additional information, e-mail
TRALogistics@Manheim.com or call
(877) TRA-SALVAGE (877-872-7258).

Brandy Thompson serves as TRA Logistics manager. She has eight years of
auction experience with Manheim serving commercial consigners in the
fleet lease business as well as administering Online Vehicle Exchange
(OVE) services to buyers and sellers.

"What makes TRA Logistics unique is that sellers can now take advantage
of market segmentation opportunities never before available under one
roof," said Tiedemann. "TRA currently operates 21 salvage auctions and
has salvage network partners that allow us to provide a national salvage
footprint. TRA Logistics will provide sellers seamless access to 84
Manheim whole-car marketplaces, which include 20 Manheim Specialty
Auctions featuring RV, marine and powersports equipment, 13 Exotic
Highline Sales and 10 Manheim Heavy Truck Auctions. TRA Logistics will
put the right product in front of the right buying audience to maximize
returns for sellers."

TRA will soon offer sellers another selling channel in addition to live
Simulcast- enhanced auctions. TRA will make available an online selling
platform that will offer inventory, which may or may not be located on
auction property, 24 hours a day, seven days a week in an electronic
auction-style setting.
