TI Automotive Unit Wins Honda Supplier Award

SAO PAULO, Brazil, June 27 -- TI Automotive's subsidiary in Brazil -- TI Brasil Ind. e Com. Ltda. -- has received Honda Automoveis do Brasil's Quality and Delivery Performance Merit Certificate for its outstanding product quality and on-time delivery performance.

In presenting the award, Honda noted that TI Automotive's Cacapava plant achieved a zero defect rate in parts-per-million, 100 percent on-time delivery of parts and zero downtime. The plant has supplied fuel tanks for the Honda Fit vehicle platform for the past three years.

"The Honda award recognizes the Cacapava plant's dedication to quality and customer service," said Brian Lindsay, president of TI Automotive's global fuel systems division. "Our team in Cacapava deserves the highest praise possible for its outstanding performance."
