KleenAir Appoints Guy Saxton; Saxton Joins as Non-Executive Director

LONDON--June 27, 2006--KleenAir Systems Ltd, a leading provider of vehicle emissions management solutions, today announced the appointment of City Investor Guy Saxton as Non-Executive Director. Saxton is CEO of AngelBourse, a private equity investment community that helps angel investors to find, analyse and invest in companies, and was member of The British Royal Delegations to China in 2005 & 2006.

Saxton, who formerly held senior positions with AXA and Fidelity, is also a Non-Executive Director of Countermine PLC and Kormet Ltd. He is an expert on ethical environmental investments, a member of the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC) and the Guild of International Bankers.
