Atlantis Holding Corp Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Eagle Automotive Group

TUSTIN, Calif., June 27 -- Atlantis Holding Corp (Pink Sheets: AHDG) has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of Eagle Automotive Group, Inc. Terms of this acquisition are expected to be finalized in the near future and it is expected that Atlantis Holding Corp will purchase Eagle Automotive Group in exchange for shares of stock in Atlantis Holding Corp.

Eagle Automotive Group is an Oceanside, California based company formed in early-2006 that offers high-quality automotive aftermarket product lines, including interior seat products, seat covers, interior organizers, consoles, cup holders, etc. Eagle will utilize the services of American Sales & Marketing, another recently acquired subsidiary of Atlantis Holding Corp, to promote these automotive products to the major automotive supply stores and warehouses, such as Sears, Auto Zone, CSK Auto, CarQuest, Parts Plus, Costco and Wal-Mart, etc. and Eagle also plans to sell these products direct to the consumer through an internet website business portal that will be developed in the near future.
