Musgrave, No. 9 Team ASE Toyota Finish 24th at The Milwaukee Mile

Musgrave Frustrated with 24th at Milwaukee; Slips to Fourth in Championship Standings

West Allis, Wisconsin (June 26, 2006)  Ted Musgrave experienced a frustrating homecoming at
The Milwaukee Mile, finishing a disappointing 24th in the No. 9 Team ASE Toyota in Friday night's
Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200.  On the heels of his second consecutive finish outside the top-20,
Musgrave has dropped another position to fourth in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
championship standings.

Musgrave looked to have a truck that could challenge for a top ten finish, but changes made to give
Musgrave more grip instead seemed to give him less, leaving him to fight a skittish truck on The
Milwaukee Mile's long, sweeping, flat turns.

"This was an extremely frustrating night," Musgrave said.  "I've always run well here and to come
out of here with a performance like this is tough.  It would be one thing if we could point to one
thing and say 'this is why we ran so bad' but right now I can't say what the reason was.  We started
off good, and looked like we had a chance to get the Team ASE Toyota into the top ten, but the
adjustments we made to make us better seemed to make us worse.  I don't know why, but it's just
a frustrating night for us."

Musgrave started the season with six consecutive top-five finishes, but has only cracked the top
ten in one of the last four races.  The two consecutive finishes outside the top 20 have dropped him
to fourth in the championship standings, 198 points behind leader and Germain Racing teammate
Todd Bodine and 68 points behind new third-place driver Johnny Benson.

Next up for Musgrave at the No. 9 Team ASE Toyota is the O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas
Speedway on Saturday, July 2.  Speed Channel will have the live telecast at 3:15 P.M. Eastern,
with Motor Racing Network providing the live radio call on select affiliates nationwide.
TruckSeries.com will have complete event coverage, starting with practice and qualifying updates
on July 1 and concluding with race day coverage on July 2.

What is Team ASE? In the early days of racing, the driver was often recognized as the main
reason for a team's success. Recently, the crew chief and crew have been acknowledged as
equally important in creating a winning situation for every race team. A parallel exists between
racing and the automotive service industry. Similar to the way a crew chief and crew must deliver a
satisfactory product to the driver in order to win the race, an employer and the technicians in a
service and repair shop must satisfy the needs of their customer in order to create return business.
But what makes TEAM ASE most unique is the level of commitment from our certified technicians
involved in the program - both on and off the track. Being competitive on the race track is important
to TEAM ASE because ASE is itself a standard of excellence. However, TEAM ASE's success in
motorsports is not solely measured by pole position, top-five finishes or by slapping hundreds of
decals on racecars. There is much more to the TEAM ASE program. http://www.ase.com -
