Friday June 23, 2006 (Los Angeles, CA) - This Sunday, SpeedFreaks will clock in for our sixth year as the largest motorsports Radio and TV show in the country with a live broadcast on the Freak Radio Network (including Sirius channel 122 & live on the internet) from SpeedZone in the City of Industry, California, from 7 to 9 pm PST.
We've decided to make the night even bigger as we will conduct a silent auction during the event to help raise money for injured Supercross/ Motocross rider and fan favorite, Ernesto Fonseca. Ernesto took a hard spill back in March and is partially paralyzed at this time.
We have invited our Southern California Freak Nation contingent to pack their pockets with cash and personal checks to join us at SpeedZone as we raise money for the Ernesto Fonseca Fund.
Up for bid will be some Freakin' Fantastic autographed items and donations from the biggest names in motorsports and the automotive world including firesuits, helmets, die-casts, posters, jerseys, gloves, shoes, wine, aftermarket parts and accessories... and plenty more on the way.
