ArvinMeritor Enters Into New $1.15 Billion Senior Secured Credit Facilities

Replaces Prior $900 Million Facility

TROY, Mich., June 23 -- ArvinMeritor, Inc. announced today that it has entered into two new senior secured credit facilities.

The new facilities include a $980 million revolving credit facility, maturing in 2011, and a $170 million term loan B, maturing in 2012. JP Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. arranged the facilities, which replaced the company's prior revolving credit facility.
