US Energy Initiatives Grants Distribution Rights for European Market to TruckGas

TAMPA, Fla.--June 22, 2006--US Energy Initiatives Corporation (OTCBB:USEI) (US Energy or the "Company") the manufacturer of a patent dual fuel diesel to natural gas conversion system, today announced it has granted exclusive distribution rights to TruckGas Ltd., a United Kingdom registered company for areas primarily in northern Europe including Spain and Italy.

Founded in 2003, TruckGas is a member of a consortium which involves the European trucking association, oil companies, engineering companies, European government and regulatory agencies of the European unions. The program entails the development of liquid natural gas (LNG) refueling structure to provide accessible LNG supplies to trucking and transportation firms to utilize a lower cost fuel to offset the rising cost of diesel fuel.

Under the terms of the distribution rights, TruckGas has acquired exclusive rights to market the Company's dual-fuel technology throughout the countries of France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland. The distribution rights require TruckGas to acquire a minimum of 2,500 dual-fuel systems over a three-year period with first deliverables scheduled for first quarter 2007.

"This distributor rights acquired by TruckGas completes the first phase in establishing our international foot-print," said US Energy CEO Mark Clancy. "Between our domestic presence, our recently announced aftermarket and OEM partners in Asia and now the European theater, US Energy has an international framework for the world-wide delivery of our dual-fuel system. More importantly, as we mature the sales, service and support aspects both in Asia and Europe, we are creating an attractive environment into which we can deposit new energy-related technology initiatives. With the commitment by TruckGas, we now have scheduled deliverables in excess of 4,000 systems during the coming thirty-six months. Our focus now shifts from building our framework to maturing our international network with reliable and quality delivery of our patent system," concluded Mr. Clancy.
