U.S. Bank Promotes Tom Pritchard to President of Dealer Commercial Services

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--June 22, 2006--U.S. Bank has named Tom Pritchard president of U.S. Bank Dealer Commercial Services, a group within U.S. Bank that primarily serves the commercial banking and financing needs of franchised auto, marine and recreational vehicle dealerships, with a primary focus on flooring financing.

Pritchard is a 26-year veteran of banking, primarily in dealer finance, and has been with U.S. Bank since 1999. Most recently, he was national market manager for dealer commercial services, a position he held for two years. In his new role, he will lead the growth and expansion of the company's dealer portfolio across the United States.

Pritchard is based in Sacramento and lives in Shingle Springs, Calif. with his wife, Julie, and their family.
