Flexpoint Highlights Conference Call

DRAPER, Utah--June 21, 2006--Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: FLXT) highlighted the significant topics the company reviewed during yesterday's conference call. The call was hosted by Clark Mower, Flexpoint's President and CEO, as Chairman John Sindt was in Europe meeting with automotive suppliers.

Mr. Mower discussed the importance of the Pedestrian System test results recently completed by MGA Research, and the impact these results carried in the automotive industry. Having proven the system's ability in an independent third party's facility has confirmed the results of Flexpoint's testing to the industry.

The Joint Testing Agreement with Faurecia Automotive is a major milestone for the company and legitimizes Flexpoint as a manufacturer for components in the auto industry. Faurecia is the 2nd largest automotive supplier in Europe and a significant partner who can assist the company in bringing products to market.

Faurecia's testing of the Pedestrian System will be done at their expense and in their facilities; with a goal to exceed the phase II E.U. mandated pedestrian safety requirements. The company believes it is premature to speculate on revenues but notes auto manufacturers are hesitant to redesign vehicle components year after year and are looking for a multi-year solution.

In addition to this Joint Agreement, Mr. Mower stated the company remains in development talks with several other Tier One suppliers and manufacturers regarding the Pedestrian Sensor technology.

In addition to the Pedestrian Impact Detection System, the company is currently working with several automotive manufacturers and Tier One suppliers on the testing and design of applications for the sensor in automobile seats. These technologies include use of the sensor as a Passenger Presence Detection device (PPD), and as a Seat Belt Reminder, (SBR). We expect to be entering joint testing programs on these products in the near future.

The company further discussed its agreement with R&D Products to produce sensors for use in the manufacturing of a medical bed. Flexpoint is waiting for final design and configuration of the bed from R&D Products so that it can perform under the terms of the contract. This has delayed the expected production of the bed and the related sensors, but has produced what the company believes will be a significantly better product.

The company also commented on its current financial stability. The company is planning further discussions regarding the possibility of forming Joint Venture Agreements with suppliers and manufacturers, the entering into of licensing agreements for our products with third party manufacturers and other financing opportunities in the automotive industry. The company is keeping all options open including the possibility of raising additional funding to ensure long term viability.

"I enjoyed the opportunity to discuss our current operations with our shareholders and the financial community," stated CEO of Flexpoint, Clark Mower. "Flexpoint is on track with our goal of obtaining an automotive contract, having reached a major milestone with our joint agreement with Faurecia. As we discussed on the call, we currently have several other revenue opportunities in automotive, medical, and industrial applications."

Mr. Mower continued, "I know that it has taken longer to get to this point than many people, including myself, originally contemplated. I believe that the relationship with Faurecia and others that we are currently working on will provide for the financial success of the Company and I remain very optimistic about the future of Flexpoint and its technology."
