Atlantis Holding Corp Finalizes Acquisition of American Sales & Marketing

TUSTIN, Calif., June 20 -- Atlantis Holding Corp has finalized the acquisition of American Sales & Marketing, an Oceanside, California based company that offers sales distribution and marketing service and support for a number of high-quality automotive aftermarket product lines.

American Sales & Marketing was formed in 1994 and has earned a national reputation as a leading supplier of automotive aftermarket products. Customers include most of the major automotive supply stores and warehouses, such as Sears, CSK Auto, CarQuest, Parts Plus, Costco, Wal-Mart, Amazon, and the US Navy, etc.
