DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and the Eight Mile Boulevard Association Celebrate the Start of Summer by Planting 70 Trees and Hundreds of Plants Along the Famous Eight Mile Corridor
WHAT: Dozens of people from DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and the Eight Mile Boulevard Association are teaming up to install 70 flowering trees and hundreds of flowering plants. Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties and 13 municipalities from Livonia to Detroit to Harper Woods benefit from the work of the Eight Mile Boulevard Association on both sides of the famous highway.

WHERE: Hinrichs and his team will be on the median along West 8 Mile Road, west of Telegraph Road and east of Beech Daly Road.
Other DaimlerChrysler Financial Services and 8MBA volunteers will be planting trees along the 27-mile corridor.
