Hexion Specialty Chemicals' Announces Price Increases For Epoxy Resins

COLUMBUS, Ohio--June 19, 2006--Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. has announced that it will increase off-list prices for EPON(TM)-brand epoxy resins products in North and Latin America effective for all shipments July 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow. The price increase includes the following adjustments: -- Liquid Epoxy Resins by $0.08/lb. -- Solid Epoxy Resins by $0.06/lb. -- Epoxy Resin Solutions by $0.06/lb. -- Epoxy Resin Blends by $0.08/lb. -- Brominated Epoxy Resins $0.08/lb. -- Epoxy Phenolic Novolac and Multifunctional Resins by $0.10/lb.
