*Chemistry key for Anderson as Englishtown approaches*

ENGLISHTOWN, N.J. (June 14, 2006) -- Although it won't officially be
recognized as a record, with a run from somewhere in outer space, Greg
Anderson, driver of the KB Racing LLC-owned, Summit Racing
Equipment-backed Pro Stock Pontiac GTO, recorded the quickest pass in
the history of the Pro Stock category, a 6.620 second elapsed time in
the final round, to win the King Demon Crown, a non-points Pro Stock
bonus event at Route 66 Raceway last weekend.

The three-time defending Pro Stock champion claimed his second King
Demon Crown in three final-round appearances by taking out teammate
Jason Line in the title round. He also won the event in 2004.
Anderson's top speed of 208.20 mph in the final round of the King Demon
Crown is the fastest ever recorded by a Pontiac GTO in NHRA Pro Stock
competition.

Following these heroics on Saturday, Anderson than advanced to the final
round of the NHRA CARQUEST Auto Parts Nationals on Sunday before
losing. This final-round appearance at Joliet was Anderson's fourth
this season (Pomona, Phoenix, Bristol, and Joliet), the most this year
of any driver in Pro Stock. He has one win, that coming at the
season-opening Winternationals in Pomona.

But that was last weekend. This weekend the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing
series moves to the east coast and the 37th annual K&N Filters
Supernationals at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, N.J.
The K&N Filters Supernationals is the second of three
back-to-back-to-back races in the month of June.

Anderson has not been to a final round at Old Bridge Township Raceway
Park since 2003, a trend he hopes to change this weekend. He has two
wins in three final rounds at Englishtown, defeating Jeg Coughlin in
2002 and Darrell Alderman in 2003, and was also runner-up to Coughlin in
2000.

The Minnesota-native, North Carolina-transplant does feel that some
things need to change for the better as he approaches the midpoint of
the 2006 season and that those things are not too far away. "We need to
try and regain the team chemistry and the consistency of the Summit
Racing Pontiac and driver which we have displayed the last three years.
I believe that we are getting very close to achieving that chemistry,"
said Anderson, on the eve of Englishtown.

Entering qualifying for the NHRA K&N Filters Supernationals, Anderson
continues to lead the standings for the 2006 NHRA POWERade Pro Stock
championship. He has 726 points and is 110 points ahead of Jim Yates in
second and 114 points in front of his teammate Jason Line, who is No.
3. Only 162 points separate the top five Pro Stock drivers.

Qualifying for Anderson and his KB Racing LLC/Summit Racing Equipment
Pro Stock Pontiac GTO begins with two Pro Stock sessions on Friday, June
16, scheduled for 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. and concludes with two additional
Pro Stock sessions on Saturday, June 17, at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Anderson begins his quest for the K&N Filters Supernationals Pro Stock
title on Sunday, June 18, with eliminations for all classes beginning at
11 a.m. *All times are local Englishtown, N.J. time (ET) and subject to
change at anytime. *
