Littelfuse to Acquire Catalina Performance Accessories Inc

DES PLAINES, Ill.--June 13, 2006--Littelfuse, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of Catalina Performance Accessories Inc. of Mountainburg, Arkansas for $4.5 million in cash. Catalina Performance Accessories markets and distributes the Smart Glow automotive blade fuse product line. Catalina Performance Accessories has annual sales of approximately $2 million. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Littelfuse earnings in 2006. The transaction is expected to be completed in June.

Smart Glow fuses feature an indicator light that glows when the fuse is blown. In addition to making it easy to identify which fuse is blown, the color-coded fuses also indicate the amperage of the fuse that needs to be replaced. Smart Glow fuses are available through leading national automotive aftermarket retailers and distributors.
