Servigistics Acquires TransDecisions to Deliver Comprehensive Strategic Service Management Solution

ATLANTA, June 13 -- Servigistics, the leading strategic service management solution provider, today announced it has acquired the assets of TransDecisions, Inc., a supplier of first-class routing and scheduling solutions for the field service and logistics markets. The acquisition is expected to significantly enhance Servigistics' existing workforce management solution and enable the delivery of the only comprehensive, commitment-centric Strategic Service Management solution to the market.

TransDecisions brings extensive workforce and fleet management functionality to Servigistics, expanding the breadth and depth of the company's solution to include dispatch, technician scheduling, route optimization, GIS mapping, mobile connectivity, and vehicle tracking integration. This functionality will be fully integrated with the existing Servigistics service parts planning and pricing solutions to manage service technicians, service parts and service pricing in a single application across the entire service chain.
