ARKONA Continues Expansion with New Sales Offices; Key Management Added to Head New Operations in New York and Florida

SALT LAKE CITY--June 12, 2006--ARKONA Inc. (OTCBB: ARKN), the leader in supplying fully integrated on-demand business management solutions to automotive and powersports dealerships, announced today the opening of sales offices in Albany, N.Y., and in the Atlanta area. With the addition of these two offices, ARKONA has now opened 11 new offices across the country in less than 22 months.

The establishment of a Mid-Atlantic regional sales office in Albany will provide additional local support that addresses the strong demand and growth that the company is experiencing across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, especially New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Jack Miller, who has more than 26 years experience in the automotive industry, including 17 years with ADP, will manage the new regional sales office.

The new satellite sales office, located in Jacksonville, Fla., will enhance sales and customer support efforts in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and portions of Alabama. This office will be an extension of the Southeast regional office located in Nashville, Tenn. It will be managed by Scott Shoemaker, who has been associated with the dealership environment in the Southeast for most of his career. Shoemaker will be relocating from ARKONA's corporate headquarters, where he has held several key sales and service positions.
