Remote Dynamics, Inc. Names New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

RICHARDSON, Texas--June 7, 2006--Remote Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB:REDI), a leading provider of mobile resource management solutions for commercial fleets, announced today that Erik Bailey has joined the Company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As part of the senior management team, Erik will lead the Company's efforts in strategic planning, product management, market intelligence, business development, the expansion of our sales force and the implementation of our sales channel initiatives.

Erik has over 14 years of experience providing corporate sales leadership, establishing business objectives and developing business to business revenue growth. He has successfully provided leadership and increased shareholder value in both startup and turnaround ventures. Erik has an extensive background in developing both direct and channel sales volume. His most recent position was leading a sales force for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a Fortune 500 Company, in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.
