Edwards, Petty Family Featured on Fox Sports Net NASCAR Preview Show

 

SONOMA, Calif. (IMMEDIATE RELEASE) - For the eighth consecutive year,
Northern California motor sports fans will be treated to a television
show previewing the Dodge/Save Mart 350 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup event at
Infineon Raceway.

 

The "Dodge/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Preview Show," presented by Dodge, will
air on 10 occasions in June on Fox Sports Net Bay Area. The 30-minute
program will feature a variety of stories, including an in-depth feature
on Carl Edwards, driver of the Office Depot Ford Fusion for Roush
Racing. Edwards is one of the top up-and-coming stars on the NASCAR
circuit and is best known for his post-victory backflips.

 

The program will also include a look at the Petty family, featuring
interviews with Kyle and Richard Petty, as well as a look at their
Victory Junction Gang camp in North Carolina. A slice of the wine
country will also be featured as team owner Richard Childress talks
about his new winery in Lexington, NC.

*	Friday, June 23, 1 p.m.

 

The show has been nominated for a sports Emmy Award three times over the
last seven years.
