Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. Acquires Agents Auto Glass

KINGSTON, Pa., June 1 -- Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. announced today that they have acquired Agents Auto Glass, based out of Stoughton, Massachusetts. Agents is a single branch operation with an outstanding reputation in the insurance market.

Diamond Triumph's President, Karen Christopher, said, "Our primary focus will be to learn from Agents in order to build on our existing relationships in the insurance segment. Our plans are to keep the Agents brand and not disrupt the current level of service the customers enjoy. This acquisition is another step in showing our full commitment to the Massachusetts market."

Doug Boyle, Chief Executive Officer for Diamond Triumph, had this to add, "The Agents customers will benefit by having expanded access and service opportunities. This acquisition provides our customers with three brands to choose from in Massachusetts. These brands include Triumph Auto Glass, Settles Glass Company and Agents Auto Glass."

Carla Greco, who served as President of Agents Auto Glass, will now serve in a key sales role for Diamond Triumph Auto Glass.
