      Northern Colorado to Open*

*loveland**, colo.** --- *May 15, 2006 --- Davidson Automotive Group
will conduct a ground breaking ceremony for the Davidson Chevrolet and
Subaru of Loveland dealerships at the burgeoning Motorplex at Centerra.
The two dealerships will celebrate with a 10 a.m. ceremony at their
future locations at 3930 Byrd Drive on May 16, 2006. With over 100
acres of retail space for the top marques, the upscale park will be the
largest gathering of auto dealers in Northern Colorado.

"Motorplex at Centerra is attracting premier brands because it is the
single most important spot for the future of automotive retail in the
state," stated Chad McWhinney, principal and CEO of McWhinney
Enterprises. "Dealers are savvy businesspeople and know studies that
indicate six cities will converge along Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway
34. While other areas are suffering sales drops, the Centerra community
is booming because shoppers from across Northern Colorado are already
migrating to this area. The Davidson Automotive Group appreciates this
fact and will be at the forefront of a transformation that makes
Centerra the heart of Northern Colorado."

Davidson Chevrolet will more than double their sales area with a new six
acre lot and 33,000 square foot service center, the most modern Chevy
dealership in Northern Colorado. The new Subaru of Loveland will be the
first stand-alone facility for the marque in Loveland. With three acres
of inventory and a 15,000 square foot state of the art dealership, it
will be the newest Subaru dealership in Northern Colorado.

"Northern Colorado is experiencing exciting growth and we are proud to
be part of the community's development," said Joe Gebhardt, president
and owner of Davidson Automotive Group. "The prime location of this new
dealership will enable us to accommodate our expanding customer base
while also offering additional inventory and a more efficient service
department."

Davidson Chevrolet and Subaru of Loveland are relocating from their
location at 1604 N. Lincoln Ave. Loveland-based Davidson Automotive
Group has been in business since 1960 and serves communities throughout
Northern Colorado, including Ault, Eaton, Estes Park, Greeley, Fort
Collins, Johnstown, Longmont, Loveland, Wellington, Windsor and parts of
Southern Wyoming. The new Chevrolet and Subaru dealerships are
scheduled to open the fall of 2006 and will feature individual showrooms.

The new service departments were designed to accommodate additional
customers including heavy-duty vehicles such as RVs. With more service
bays in their expanded service department, the dealerships will be able
to quickly and efficiently service many more vehicles each month.
Customers can also enjoy amenities such as a coffee bar, wireless
Internet and children's play area as well as loaner cars and free
shuttle service.

Executives with Subaru of America and GM's Chevrolet Motor Division are
expected to attend the ground breaking, as well as Mr. and Mrs.
Davidson, the founders of Davidson Automotive Group. Key executives
from McWhinney Enterprises will also join the festivities.

"The planning and research undertaken for this master planned facility
is unprecedented in Colorado," noted McWhinney. "We worked with the
nation's leading automotive consulting group to create a competitive
retail model that will benefit Northern Colorado dealers, as well as
consumers. The result of our careful planning has already been
demonstrated with the success of CO's BMW at Motorplex. We're confident
that Davidson Automotive Group will experience the same exciting results."

Motorplex at Centerra is located at the interchange of Crossroads
Boulevard and I-25 in Loveland. Phase Two of Motorplex at Centerra is
expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2006. announcing other
