Manheim POINT Continues To Give Dealers More Choices and Convenience with N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide Values

ATLANTA June 1, 2006 - Subscribers to Manheim's inventory optimization tool will now have more choices in determining vehicle values with the addition of the N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide® Company's values to existing vehicle valuations from Manheim Market Report (MMR) and Edmunds True Market Value (TMV), standard in the Manheim POINTSM product.

"This popular guide from N.A.D.A. provides one of the most comprehensive and market-reflective vehicle information sources available to dealers," said Charles Williams, vice president and general manager for Manheim POINTSM. "Adding N.A.D.A. values to our product gives Manheim POINTSM subscribers added flexibility, convenience and even more information as they make decisions to optimize their used vehicle inventories and drive greater profits."

James Gibson, business development manager for N.A.D.A., said the addition of N.A.D.A values to Manheim POINTSM will pay dividends for dealers. "Dealers from coast to coast count on Manheim as they buy and sell used vehicles, and Manheim POINTSM gives them a powerful tool to help manage their inventories," said Gibson. "Thousands of dealers rely on the N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide every day to provide market-reflective vehicle valuation data. Including access to N.A.D.A. values in Manheim POINTSM will make the vehicle valuation process even easier."

Manheim POINTSM has steadily rolled out enhancements since its official launch in February. Earlier this spring, several improvements were announced, including enhanced market data, which allows dealers to compare their used vehicle results to those of similar dealers and multi-store capability, which allows subscribers with multiple franchise locations to manage inventory across stores simultaneously rather than location-by-location. In addition, dealer groups will have the ability to offer vehicles for sale within their groups before opting for other sales venues. In addition, Manheim POINTSM customers will have the ability to send multiple vehicles through various sales channels, enhancing the visibility of the dealer's inventory.
