Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 1 -- Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DJRT) announced today that it will hold its annual shareholders meeting on June 8, 2006 at the company's headquarters in Newton, NC. The meeting will be open to all shareholders as of June 2, 2006 and will begin at 12:00 PM EDT.

Immediately following the shareholder meeting Tim Shannon, President of Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure will host a national conference call to discuss further the company's growth plan for the fiscal year. The call is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM EDT.
