RINGERS  GLOVES RACING ROUND-UP 
Moorpark,  Calif.  - (May 30, 2006) The  racing season is now into full-swing 
as we just celebrated the Memorial Day  weekend and head straight into the 
summer heat of June, July and August, the  prime racing months. 
NHRA  – O’Reilly NHRA Summer Nationals  presented by Castrol GTX– Heartland 
Park Topeka, Topeka, Kan. 
While  only nine races have been completed in the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing 
Series, Don  Schumacher Racing’s Ron Capps picked up his fourth Funny Car win 
of the season  on Sunday.  He defeated a  tire-smoking John Force for the third 
time this year. 
Capps  now sits atop the Funny Car points standing 109 points ahead of  
Force. 
Brandon  Bernstein made his third Top Fuel final round appearance of 2006, 
but this one  didn’t end up like his other two.  Doug Kalitta defeated the 
Ringers racer 4.675/310.98 mph to 4.691/307.09  mph. 
In  Pro Stock action, Dave Connolly’s season continues to go uphill.  After a 
crew chief change in the camp a  couple races ago, Connolly’s team has been 
consistently improving from their  early season DNQ’s. 
Connolly  met fellow Ringers racer Kurt Johnson, another driver who has had 
an unlikely  season, at the line on Sunday. 
Connolly  holeshot KJ and didn’t look back on his way to his 
6.836-second/201.70 mph  win. 
NASCAR  Nextel Cup Series  – Coca-Cola 600 – Lowe’s Motor  Speedway, 
Concord,  N.C. 
The  Ringers team of Penske Racing South had some hard luck during the 
Coca-Cola 600  at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on Sunday.  It all started when Kurt Busch 
was involved in a wreck early on,  resulting in him finishing 39th. 
His  teammate Ryan Newman went 29 laps down during the race as they made 
extensive  repairs on the No. 12 Alltel Dodge for a loose wheel bearing, resulting 
in a  35th place finish for Newman. 
NASCAR  Busch Series  – Carquest Auto Parts 300 - Lowe’s  Motor Speedway, 
Concord,  N.C. 
On  Saturday, Penske Racing South driver Kurt Busch piloted the No. 39 Penske 
Truck  Rental to a second place finish in the Carquest Auto Parts  300. 
Other  Ringers notables, protected with UnderX by Ringers, in the field were 
Jason  Leffler, 18th and Paul Menard, 24th. 
NASCAR  Craftsman Truck Series  – City of Mansfield 250 – Mansfield 
Motorsports Park, Mansfield, Ohio 
The  NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series visited the Buckeye state of Ohio and 
Mansfield Motorsports Park for the City of Mansfield 250. 
The  Ringers teams of Orleans Racing and Billy Ballew Motorsports and their 
drivers  both competed on Saturday. 
Brendan  Gaughan and his No. 77 Orleans Hotel Dodge brought his truck home  
17th,  while Billy Ballew  Motorsports driver Kyle Krisiloff finished  25th. 
All  three of the NASCAR series head to the “Monster Mile�?? of Dover  
International Speedway in Dover, Del.,  this weekend for their respective races.
