WYSONG GOES FOR 4-IN-A-ROW JUNE 10 AT SALT LAKE CITY

POINT LEAD EXPANDS TO 13 AS WYSONG WINS AGAIN

Jimmy Wysong's USAC/SLVRA Young Automotive Rocky Mountain Sprint Car point lead expanded to 13 over Dave Fitzgerald as a result of his May 29 victory at Rocky Mountain Raceways. He will take that lead into the next series event, June 10, at the 3/8-mile paved oval.

Monday night's victory marked the third consecutive year a driver has strung together three consecutive victories. Jim Waters did it in 2004 and Wysong did it last season. A fourth straight win would set a series record.

Wysong led the final 14 laps of Monday's 40-lapper after passing Mike Murgoitio on lap 27. Bradley Galedrige finished second ahead of Fitzgerald, Waters and Ryan Burdett.
