Dallas Tow Truck Operator Named AAA Texas ''Top Service Driver of the Year'' for 2005

IRVING, Texas--May 27, 2006--AAA Texas has named O. T. Williams of Plano as the "Top Service Driver of the Year" in Texas for 2005.

Although Williams has been employed by Quality Towing in Plano, Texas, for only a year and a half, he has received numerous awards and complimentary letters about his service and professionalism. The owner of Quality Towing, Alex Tabrizi, says, "O.T. is an asset to our company, and we hope he will be with us for many years to come." Williams says he prides himself on providing "totally satisfied" service to AAA members.

"'The AAA Texas Top Service Driver of the Year' is an award that recognizes and rewards the best of the best drivers in customer service to AAA Texas members," says Kevin Newcomb, Emergency Roadside Service Manager for AAA Texas. "This recognition is based on demonstrated commitment to providing quality member service." Criteria include outstanding performance under special circumstances as well as exemplary member service.

As the "Top Service Driver of the Year" Williams receives a plaque and a $500 gift check from AAA Texas. He was also chosen as a 4th quarter "Top Service Driver" in 2005. As a quarterly honoree, he received a $200 gift check and plaque.

To be considered the "Top Service Driver of the Year", a candidate must first be selected as one of the quarterly honorees during that particular year. The "Top Service Driver of the Year" is selected by the Service Provider Advisory Committee (SPAC) that is comprised of both independent contract station owners and AAA Texas Emergency Road Service management.
