Hitman Jason Martin Williams Grove Speedway

(5/26/2006 Carlisle, PA) The Hitman Jason Martin has faced stiff competition
throughout his Sprint career but none will be tougher than what he will face
this weekend when he rolls into Williams Grove Speedway. Lately the Hitman
has had some rough luck with 19th and 18th place finishes in his last 2
races and some torn up race cars as well. The team knows it is a long
season and this stretch of 8 races in 9 days are critical and making "A"
mains and top finishes are a priority. The NOS Energy Drink/Mafia
Motorsports #36 Maxim has been fast and that has been encouraging for the 23
year old Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the year contender.

"It's been a tough week." Said Martin. "I know we are capable of more than
we have shown. When you run local shows and your off by a tiny bit it's no
big deal but when you are at this level that tiny bit may as well be a mile.
I have confidence in my guys and they keep digging and we have a fast car no
doubt now we just have to put the finishes together to back that up. I am
looking forward to this weekend with the Posse and showing exactly what this
team is capable of. I am now getting the feel back of the car and it's now
time to put a string of top finishes together."
