MicroTRAK Inc. Expands with Opening of Tennessee Office

DALLAS--May 25, 2006--MicroTRAK, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK) a provider of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) wireless location services and products that track and recover mobile assets, today announced that it has expanded its national presence with the opening of a new office in Nashville.

The new office will be led by Regional Sales Associate, Matt Cobble, who previously served the Northern Texas area. He will relocate to Nashville to initiate a statewide campaign intended to educate auto dealers and consumers on the safety benefits of real-time security and location tracking services.

The MicroTRAK GPS location and tracking system is the most effective solution to address the growing problem of vehicle theft. MicroTRAK GPS' system is based on the integration of GPS technology and the nationwide coverage of cellular wireless communication technology to monitor, track and locate vehicles and their cargo.
