RACER X: the 1st ever extreme rocker/ driver story

The REAL Racer X invades stock cars with Action Sports and rock music.
   
   Grindco Entertainment Los Angeles 5/25/06: The first ever "Extreme rocker /stock car driver" and team program is launching this fall and beyond.
   
   His name is Tony Dwyer and he is the vocalist of a newly signed Sony BMG hard rock band named Means to an End from L.A. with a major CD release coming out in September...He is also a rookie driver with seat time in late models, Hooters Cup cars, and has been Speedway approved at Lowes Speedway for ARCA events. 
   
  Dwyer is also the owner of Grindco Entertainment, an action sports production company; His sports background began with Pro level racing in BMX, Motocross, Jet Skis, and Karting. see bio www.grindco.net/tonydwyer.htm 
   
  The marketing plan is for Grindco action sports entertainment trackside(Grindco already produces entertainment for Portland, Denver, and Toronto Champ Car events and a few Speedways) branding for sports areas by the same companies that sponsor the car; and pre-event sponsored nightclub concerts with Dwyer's band and Sony cross-promoted with music store retailers in each race market.
   
  This plan, and Dwyer's fish-out-of-water storyline is currently being negotiated with Viacom for a reality series and corporate sponsors, as well as race promoters for Grindco action sports entertainment to boost attendance with this new diverse demographic.
