Sun Motor Announces Supply Contract for Automotive Components

HONG KONG, May 22, 2006 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sun Motor International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SNMO) ("The Company") today announced that its customer Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. ("Hella"), one of the worlds' leading suppliers of electrical subassemblies for the automotive industry, has completed a 3-year technical qualification and trial period and placed an initial order with The Company.

The order, for supply of a custom designed micro motor for use in head lamp mirror adjustment mechanisms and door locks, is the first of a series of orders to be placed over the expected life cycle of the new motor, estimated by Hella at 7 years.
