Cycle Country Prepares for Investor Conference Call; Conference Call Scheduled for May 23, 2006

MILFORD, Iowa--May 22, 2006--Cycle Country Accessories Corp. (AMEX:ATC), the recognized leader in developing and manufacturing a variety of products for the all terrain vehicle (ATV), garden tractors, and golf cars, today announced a reminder to all shareholders that the second quarter conference call is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 10 am EDT.

Cycle Country management will host a conference call to update guidance and provide the investing community an opportunity to interact with interim CEO John Gault.
