Aura Systems to Be an Event Sponsor at a Special Bull and Bear Club Event at Denver's Coors Field

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--May 19, 2006--Aura Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AUSI) announced today that it will be an event sponsor at a special Bull and Bear Club event in Denver, Colorado this evening. The event will be held in a private suite at Denver's Coors Field as the Colorado Rockies play the Toronto Blue Jays.

The Bull and Bear Club event is sponsored by Friedland Capital Inc. (www.friedlandworldwide.com), who is sponsoring the event in conjunction with the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA), who will be holding their Denver conference on May 18th and 19th, and the Denver-based investment banking firm of Spencer Edwards Inc.

In attendance will be select analysts, brokers, portfolio and fund managers, investment advisors, institutional investors or other members of the financial community, including NIBA members who will be in Denver for the NIBA conference.
