(5/15/2006 Carlisle, PA) When the World of Outlaws visits Grandview speedway
tomorrow night each driver of the mean 15 knows that they are in PA Posse
land, and that a win is going to be tough to come by.  One driver excited
and ready is the young driver in the NOS Energy Drink/Mafia Motorsports #36
Maxim, The Hitman Jason Martin.  The 23 year old from Liberal Kansas has
been looking forward to the day when he could say he was an Outlaw and
battling the PA Posse.  Tomorrow night he will get his chance.  Martin, who
has never raced in Pennsylvania is eager to show the Posse why he is called
the Hitman.  The team made a stop on the way to Grandview Speedway to pick
up a fresh Kriner powerplant for battle.  Martin knows that if he can get a
strong finish at Grandview he will not only gain notoriety but also the
respect of some great drivers as well.

 

"Since I have been in a sprint car I have wanted this." Said Martin. "When I
was a crewman on the tour it was always great to come to PA and race these
guys.  Man there have been some of the most historic wars in sprint car
racing waged between the Posse and the Outlaws.  This is what it's all
about.  Our goal is to have some strong finishes out here with these guys.
We have the equipment and the crew is fantastic, now it's in my hands.  I
just have to be patient and be on the gas, because the Posse will be.  The
fans out here are some of the best we get to see all year.  When you hear
them boo you as a member of the Outlaws your get chills and want to race
that much harder.  We will definitely have both barrels loaded and ready."
