Who:       Freescale Technology Forum events around the globe bring
           together engineers, designers, architects, and executives
           leading development in the automotive, consumer,
           industrial, mobile communications and networking markets.
           At FTF Americas 2006, more than 60 hardware, software, and
           development tools companies supporting Freescale
           technology will be on hand to showcase their innovations.

What:      Attendees at FTF Americas in Orlando will experience a
           world-class event including visionary keynote
           presentations, more than 350 hours of in-depth technical
           sessions and hands-on demonstrations in the "engineer's
           playground," the Technology Lab.

           Keynotes:

            --  Michel Mayer, Chairman of the Board and Chief
                Executive Officer of Freescale, will explain his
                vision of design freedom in this opening keynote that
                includes technology demonstrations and inspiring
                stories from guests that are helping change the world.

            --  Neil Armstrong, former astronaut and the first human
                to walk on the moon, will deliver the final keynote
                presentation.

           Technical Training: Highly technical lectures and hands-on
           workshops are the heart of FTF, and attendees may choose
           from more than 350 hours of content. The sessions allow
           attendees to explore products and technologies from
           Freescale and hardware, software and tools companies
           catering to the automotive, consumer, industrial,
           networking infrastructure and mobile communications
           markets. Engineers get a close look into the development
           systems supporting Freescale products and come away with
           information that will help them perform their jobs more
           effectively.

           Technology Lab: The 28,000-square-foot interactive
           Technology Lab is an engineer's playground, providing
           attendees with direct access to product and technology
           demonstrations from Freescale, FTF sponsors, alliance
           members and partners. Engineers are able to discuss design
           challenges with industry leaders and experts, as well as
           provide feedback as to how Freescale and its partners can
           better serve their needs.

           Event party: Attendees are invited to the Hard Rock Cafe
           for an evening of live music from alternative rock band 
           3 Doors Down.
