SPX Service Solutions Acquires Rights to G5 Electronics' Tire Pressure Monitoring Technology

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 16, 2006 -- SPX Corporation today announced that it has acquired from G5 Electronics LLC of Auburn Hills, Michigan, the intellectual property and worldwide distribution rights to G5's tire pressure monitoring technology.
