Spartan Securities to File 15C-211 and Disclosure Statement on Behalf of CruiseCam International Inc. for Application to OTC-BB

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--May 16, 2006--CruiseCam International Inc (Pink Sheets:CCMJ) announced today that Spartan Securities based in St. Petersburg, Florida has agreed to sponsor CruiseCam International by filing the required 15C-211 and necessary disclosure statements. This accomplishment will pave the way for CruiseCam International to be placed on the OTC- Bulletin Board and become fully compliant.
