Eaton Facility Recognized by Toyota for Superior Quality and Delivery for 13th Consecutive Year
SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--May 16, 2006--For the 13th consecutive year, Eaton Corporation's valve business in the United States - U.S. Engine Valve Company - received Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc.'s (TMMNA) top supplier award for outstanding quality and delivery.The facility, a partnership between Eaton and Nittan Valve, is located in Westminster, S.C. The facility is one of four supplier plants to receive the Superior Award from TMMNA for both product quality and delivery.

Eaton, the world's largest producer of engine valves, supplied more than 12 million four cylinder intake and exhaust valves last year to Toyota, while achieving world-class levels of quality and delivery.
