Americana Program Underwriters Announces a New Program for Armored Car and Courier Services
CHARLOTTE, N.C.--May 16, 2006--Americana Program Underwriters (AmPro), a program administrator specializing in affinity and program management, is pleased to announce the creation of a new program designed to meet the commercial insurance needs of the armored car and courier industry."Armored CarPro give us another opportunity to serve the needs of independent agents and brokers by providing them insurance solutions for their clients," said Ben Francavilla, Senior Managing Director of AmPro.
Coverages included in this new program include, GL, Umbrella, Property, Inland Marine and Automobile (please note Automobile cannot be written on a monoline basis). Armored CarPro is capable of handling large and small risks with a minimum of $10,000 in premium. ATM owners/operators are eligible to participate in the program.

The program, co-developed by AIG Programs, a division of Lexington Insurance Company, is available throughout the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Massachusetts.
Submission requirements for the program include completed ACORD applications, three years of loss history, and completion of a supplemental application that can be found at www.amprograms.com. The armored car and courier operation must be in operation for at least 5 years.
