MotorSports Emporium Transforms Operations; New Opportunities for GS610(TM) Brake Fluid

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--May 1, 20061, 2006--MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP) today announced it transformed the operations of its GS610(TM) brake fluid to yield new opportunities for the company.

David Keaveney, MSEP president and CEO, commented, "We are in discussions with Motorsports Management International (MMI) to assist MSEP in the sales and marketing of our high-performance brake fluid -- GS610(TM). Our agenda has shifted away from die cast merchandising toward developing a higher margin business. New opportunities exist for our brake fluid and MMI is currently sharing their plan of action with us.

"We have made tremendous strides with GS610(TM), gaining product verification and testimonials from a variety of racing drivers and teams. Additionally, our national sales manager has achieved success with product recognition and education. Though early attempts have been made to secure private label transactions and national distribution, the sale cycle has proven lengthy and political. In an effort to fast forward sales, overcome obstacles, and secure long-term business relationships, we turned to one of the most recognizable names in the motor sports industry, Agajanian and Motorsports Management International (MMI)," stated Keaveney.

"We are fortunate to have been drawn to the opportunities available with an association with MMI. MMI and the Agajanians have the track record and resources that can potentially accelerate GS610(TM) brake fluid into an estimated $500,000 or more in annual business. The focus of our discussions is private labeling, distribution, and celebrity driver endorsements. Specific details are under discussion and will be released should an agreement commence," continued Keaveney.

Keaveney concluded, "There comes a time when hard work, dedication and persistence begin to show signs of triumph. We have worked very diligently to get to where we are today, and we will continue to strive forward in our quest to bring value to our shareholders. 2006 is shaping up to be a fun and exciting year."
