Aura Sales Campaign Results in Returning Customer

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--May 1, 20060, 2006--Aura Systems, Inc. (Pinks Sheets:AUSI) announced today the receipt of an order for the AuraGen for immediate delivery and installation by a well-known National Cable Company. Previously, this Company was a purchaser of AuraGens in 2001 and 2002. This order represents a resumption of AuraGen purchases by this Company.

Prior to the National Association of Broadcasters trade show in April, Mr. Melvin Gagerman, Aura's chairman, announced the Company's intention to be more aggressive in its sales and marketing efforts, including a renewed presence at trade shows where the AuraGen, our patented under the hood power source, could be reintroduced to various market segments. Mr. Gagerman stated, "I joined Aura because I believe the Company's technology far exceeds anything in the marketplace today, and the return of this National Cable Company after four years further reinforces this belief."
