Maureen Martin Named Director of Alliances and Dealer Development of Mobile Productivity, Inc.

LAS VEGAS--May 8, 2006--Mobile Productivity, Inc., (MPi) a premier supplier of proprietary diagnostic, repair information and service merchandising solutions to the automotive industry, announced today the appointment of Maureen Sullivan Martin to Director of Alliance and Dealer Development. In this role she will be responsible for the development of strategic automotive alliances, as well as increasing penetration with all Ford Motor Company franchises nationwide.

Ms. Martin brings to MPi over 20 years of diverse experience in the automotive industry from the perspectives of the manufacturer, the supplier and the retail dealership. Ms. Martin is well known for automotive consulting and keynote speaking with her expertise in increasing profitability through improvements to customer satisfaction and dealership operations. Ms. Martin holds a BBA degree in Business from Western Michigan University with a major in Marketing and minors in Computer Informational Systems and Business Management.

In Ms. Martin's 11 years of management positions with Ford Motor Company, she developed competencies in the areas of retail development, marketing, sales, fixed operations, leadership and employee development. While working in Hawaii, Martin gained the distinction of being the first female representative for an automotive manufacturer in the Hawaiian Islands and led the launch of the "Asset Program" for technicians in Honolulu. In addition to her extensive retail background working with dealerships, Ms. Martin has also been involved as a facilitator and a team leader for national launches for Ford Motor Company's "Blue Oval Certification," Lincoln Mercury's "Business Consulting Approach" and she was a consultant for Ford Motor Company's in-dealership XLA program (Excellence in Action).

In addition, Ms. Martin has developed and facilitated team building, customer service, and capturing the women's market seminars for several other leading manufacturers and suppliers. For the last four years Martin served as an Executive Advisor to two organizations dedicated to the recruitment, development and retention of women in the automotive industry: the Automotive Women's Alliance, Inc (AWA) in Detroit (www.AutomotiveWomensAlliance.com) and the Automotive Women's Network, Inc (AWN) in Dallas (www.AutomotiveWomensNetwork.com). Ms. Martin also served as Spokesperson for the AWA for the last two years and has held other volunteer community non-profit board positions.

In 1997, Martin founded AutoVisionary! Inc., a company that focuses on professional training and consulting services, seminars, keynote speaking and executive coaching; primarily within the automotive industry for retail dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers. Martin will continue her involvement with AV! while also assuming her new role at MPi.

"Maureen's outstanding track record as a manager and leader in the automotive industry, combined with her dealership and fixed operations expertise, make her ideal for this position. She is well known and respected in this space and MPi, as well as our customers, will greatly benefit from her expertise," said Les Silver, CEO.

Commenting on her new position Martin stated, "In my 20 plus years in the automotive industry, the importance of fixed operations profitability only continues to grow as a critical success factor for overall dealership profitability, particularly in the current challenging retail automotive landscape. I am energized to join the MPi leadership team of extensive automotive, technology and investment experience in delivering innovative solutions that drives bottom-line fixed operations profitability and builds alliances in the automotive industry."
