DES PLAINES, Ill.--May 4, 2006--Littelfuse, Inc. today announced it will release results for the first quarter of 2006 prior to the opening of the market on Tuesday, May 9, 2006.

Company management will host a conference call later that morning, May 9, 2006, at 11:00 p.m. Eastern/10:00 a.m. Central time to discuss the results.
