Senior Management Team Appointments Support Growing Aurora Business Needs
ST. LOUIS, May 3, 2006 -- Aurora Trailer has announced new appointments for five key positions to their senior management team as part of a plan to support growing business requirements across all company product lines: Aurora Parts & Accessories; Aurora Trailer Leasing & Rental; Used Trailer Sales; as well as at the corporate headquarters in St. Louis.

In the first of five management appointments, Tony Difilippantonio has joined Aurora Parts & Accessories in the newly created position of VP of Sales and Marketing - Aftermarket Parts. The position will be based at the company's new, state-of-the-art 306,000-sq-ft distribution center in Lebanon, Indiana. Difilippantonio will direct the Aftermarket Parts unit's sales efforts and marketing functions. In addition, he will oversee Aurora's North American network of over 300 authorized independent dealers.
Difilippantonio brings over 20 years of industry experience with national account sales, supply chain management and distribution services, and OE manufacturing. He previously held key management positions at Carrier Corp., Fruehauf Corp. and Pameco, and has a degree in Business Management from Gannon University.
Curt Lello has been appointed Purchasing Manager, Aftermarket Parts & Accessories. Lello will oversee Aurora's Parts purchasing department, which includes inventory management, supplier relations, product/materials evaluation, supply chain analysis, quality/durability studies and supporting the sales and marketing functions. Serving in senior management positions with FleetPride, TruckPro and Phelps Truck; Lello brings over 30 years of industry experience.
Scott Hite was recently hired as Director of Finance and Administration. Based at the company's headquarters in St. Louis, Hite will oversee the finance department, including accounting, credit, tax and other administration functions of all Aurora business units. He will also manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audits. Prior to joining Aurora, Hite was Group Supervisor of Management Reporting for Cinergy Corp. and Controller of Wabash National Parts. He has past experience in public accounting and served as a Revenue Agent with the IRS. Hite has a degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, and is a CPA.
Dale Haseltine was also recently named to the corporate position of Director of Operations - Leasing & Rental for the company's semi-trailer leasing unit. Haseltine will manage the day-to-day branch operation functions throughout the nationwide network of company-owned leasing and sales offices. In addition, he will oversee equipment inventory levels, trailer maintenance standards, facility quality, service/repair vendor procedures and assist with equipment acquisition and trailer sales. Haseltine brings over 30 years experience in sales and operations management, working for such nationally known companies as Wabash National, Fruehauf Trailer Services and Edison Bros.
John Brockmeier has been promoted to Corporate Used Trailer Manager. Going forward, Brockmeier's primary responsibilities will be to locate, appraise and coordinate the purchase of equipment for both resale and building/upgrading the trailer leasing fleet. He will also work closely with the company's nationwide network of leasing and sales outlets on all equipment remarketing sales programs. Other duties will include, overseeing the many related internal support functions for the product-line such as; inventory control, website listings and volume pricing. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Brockmeier has worked for companies such as Wabash National, Fruehauf Trailer Services, XTRA and AJF Leasing, and holds a degree in business from Southeast Missouri State.
