ASG Renaissance Hires Laurie Harbour-Felax to Reenergize Consulting Practice, Focus on Supplier Transformation Services

DEARBORN, Mich., May 2, 2006 -- ASG Renaissance announced today the hiring of seasoned automotive analyst and manufacturing consultant Laurie Harbour-Felax.

The former vice president and company officer for Harbour Consulting, Harbour-Felax was hired by ASG as executive vice president to reenergize and refocus the company's consulting practice. She plans to strengthen the consulting division with particular focus on supplier transformation services including benchmarking, performance enhancement and future planning for companies in the automotive, commercial truck, aerospace, life sciences, and defense industries.

Harbour-Felax brings 18 years of global automotive consulting experience to ASG as well as an in-depth manufacturing and operational background. This along with ASG's work with minority and small to mid-sized companies will position ASG to service clients in various industries with transformation and supply base development.
