EVI Adds Morris G. Hall, Jr. as President of Operations

BREMERTON, Wash.--May 2, 2006--Emergency Vehicle Installation, Inc. ("EVI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GHLT) specializing in third party installation of GPS/telematics systems in commercial and government fleet vehicles, announced today that it has named Morris G. Hall. Jr., a former installation supervisor and field manager for the LoJack Corporation, as the company's new president of operations. In this capacity, Hall will oversee the day-to-day installation activities of EVI and direct the company's U.S. expansion.

Hall brings 13 years of experience in the GPS/telematics and mobile electronics markets. Prior to joining EVI, he was the field operations and installation manager in charge of Northern California, Oregon and Washington for the LoJack Corporation. His tenure at LoJack also included service as the company's installation supervisor, customer service manager, and dispatcher in territories comprising Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Over his eight years of service at LoJack, Hall maintained direct oversight of profit and loss for multiple field operations; directed marketing strategies; developed and implemented standardized field operating procedures; and managed numerous customer service and satisfaction initiatives. He is an MECP-certified installer as well as a certified DEI installer, and his background also includes more than five years of mobile electronics installation and sales management experience.

"Morris Hall brings an impressive track record of proven results as well as an exceptional network of industry contacts that will be vital in directing EVI's national expansion over the next several years," said Gene Hew-Len, CEO of GHL Technologies and a 25-year veteran of the mobile electronics and GPS/telematics industry. "We are very excited to have him onboard and look forward to leveraging his expertise to fuel our growth."

According to numerous industry sources, the GPS/telematics market is expected to grow at a rate of nearly 25 percent through 2007 and more rapidly beginning in 2008 as the next wave of GPS/telematics technology is made available via new satellite launches. Global GPS and telematics sales are expected to exceed $16 billion by the end of this year, with the demand for real-time track and trace applications growing exponentially as companies continue to improve customer service standards.

GHL Technologies continues to aggressively engage its resources to identify and complete acquisitions that are consistent with its business model as well as establish strategic partnerships with companies on the cutting edge of GPS/telematics technological development.

GHL Technologies seeks to become a leading, international GPS/telematics installation company by aggressively investing in new acquisitions, building strategic alliances, and securing partnerships with companies on the cutting edge of GPS and telematics development - thereby creating value for its shareholders.
