Harman International Industries, Incorporated Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

WASHINGTON--May 1, 2006--Harman International Industries, Incorporated today declared a cash dividend of $.0125 cents per share for the third quarter ended March 31, 2006.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on May 24, 2006, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on May 1, 20060, 2006.
