Auto Finance Technologies Develops Private Label Web-Based Dealer Portal For Trustmark National Bank; New Portal Enhances Lender's Ability to Process Loans with Auto Dealers

BATON ROUGE, La.--May 1, 2006--Auto Finance Technologies, a subsidiary of AppOne, has designed and developed a private label Web-based dealer portal for Jackson, Miss.-based Trustmark National Bank.

Trustmark will use the dealer portal to originate auto retail installment contracts at franchised auto dealers. Several months of development and implementation went into the system, which will enable dealers to electronically submit loan applications that conform to meet Trustmark's lending requirements. The dealers can also use the technology to track the status of loans, and receive instantaneous decisions on prime deals.

Using AppOne's portal enables Trustmark to incorporate custom business logic and rules when originating loans through franchise auto dealers. The system features an integrated NADA book-out as well as utilizes CARFAX data to detect damage, title and other potential issues. Perfected state-specific loan documentation and one-click laser printing streamlines and expedites the process for Trustmark and their dealers. Additionally, the portal enables dealers to have access to pass-through lenders when Trustmark does not fund a particular loan.

Franchised dealers submitting loan applications to Trustmark using the portal will also benefit from the new technology. Dealers will be able to offer their customers faster loan decisions from Trustmark as well as pass-through lenders.

"We chose to use a private-label Web-based portal from AppOne because it is the only one that satisfied our specific needs," said Sessions Roland, senior vice president at Trustmark National Bank. "We require a system that provides a high level of customization and scalability, allowing us to rapidly make decisions on a loan application, and to be confident that the loan we fund has been properly completed and adheres to our strict requirements."

"We are glad to be able to develop a system to improve Trustmark's ability to offer loans to customers at franchised dealers," said Lee Domingue, CEO of AppOne. "After completing an initial test phase, rolling this system out nationally will enhance profitability and boost efficiency for Trustmark National Bank."
